How do I get the developer image and changes file only?

HJH
Hello

The link
https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~drgeo-developers/drgeo/trunk/view/head:/src/INSTALL
contains the instructions to set up a DrGeoII development environment.

Where can I download the most recent
- image file and
- changes file
only?

Hi,

Follow the links provided in the INSTALL foot notes. It should get you to the required.

This post was updated on .
I understand that I need a regular Pharo 7 installation , a bazaar installation [1], check out the DrGeo source files [2] and then load DrGeo with a Metacello script

    Metacello new
        baseline: 'DrGeo';
        repository: 'tonel:///myDrGeoRepo/src';
        load: #development.

Then the path given in the Metacello script has to match the path. [3]

Loading DrGeoII with a Metacello script in a Pharo environment

Is it possible that myDrGeoRepo may be anywhere in the file system?

--Hannes

[1]
    sudo apt install bzr
[2]
    user24@Latitude24:~/Pharo/images/Pharo 7.0 - 32bit (development version)$ bzr branch lp:drgeo
[3] Used in a Pharo Launcher setup on Linux (http://pharo.org/web/download)

    Metacello new
    baseline: 'DrGeo';
    repository: 'tonel:///home/user24/Pharo/images/Pharo 7.0 - 32bit (development version)/drgeo/src';
    load: #development.

Yes it should work, then you need to adjust the tonel path accordingly,
so it points to the src folder of your repository.

This is what I do, but I set  src symlink in the image folder, and the
tonel path to it:

hilaire@PCHome:~/Travaux/Developpement/DrGeoII/Dev-pharo7$ ls -l
total 83072
lrwxrwxrwx 1 hilaire hilaire        8 avril 20 10:20 drgeo -> ../trunk
drwxrwxr-x 2 hilaire hilaire     4096 déc.  15  2017 locale
drwxrwxr-x 2 hilaire hilaire     4096 juin  14 14:07 MyShares
-rw-rw-r-- 1 hilaire hilaire  1409260 sept.  6 16:22 Pharo7.0-32bit-4821833.changes
-rw-rw-r-- 1 hilaire hilaire 49712360 sept.  6 14:45 Pharo7.0-32bit-4821833.image
-rw-rw-r-- 1 hilaire hilaire 33920843 juin   8 16:43 Pharo7.0-32bit-4821833.sources
drwxrwxr-x 7 hilaire hilaire     4096 déc.  13  2017 pharo-local
lrwxrwxrwx 1 hilaire hilaire       13 déc.  10  2017 src -> ../trunk/src/

And my Metacello config is:

Metacello new
    baseline: 'DrGeo';
    repository: 'tonel://', FileLocator imageDirectory fullName, '/src';
    load: #development.
