Initial Comment:
The locale plugin in the COG VM does not work correctly:
http://code.google.com/p/cog/issues/detail?id=1

The plugin should be fixed so we can ship DrGeo on Sugar with this VM.
The COG VM gives a x3 boost, it is a must for this slow tiny green laptop for kids.
